WebCAPS
WebCAPS offers information on all Grundfos products
Make your selection from our extensive product catalogue or search on product information by typing in a known product number in the product search window.
WebCAPS can be accessed by using the link on the front page of Grundfos.com or by clicking on the icons below. You can always change the language and product range in the upper right corner of the WebCAPS window.

Catalogue:
Finding information in the catalogue part of WebCAPS is quite easy:
- Choose your wanted application.
- Select the product group you want to investigate.
- Click on the specific pump type you want information about.
- Fill in (or leave blank) relevant search criterias in the Search Panel.
- Hit the submit button, and a list of relevant products according to your search criterias appears at the bottom on the screen.
- Click on the product number to open the Product Detail Window.
In the Product Detail Window, several tools are available to you:
- Switch between different information types by clicking on the tabs at the top of the window.
- Find specific performance data by clicking on the curve.
- Enlarge the curves or drawings by clicking on the enlarge button and use the zoom tool to enhance part of the curve/drawing.
- Print or export as PDF all information available for the product by pushing the print button.
Literature:
Your premier resource for Grundfos literature and technical drawings.
In this module you can search for PDF format of all kinds of available printed material: Data booklets, installation and operating instructions, service instructions, etc.
Service:
This module is for service people who are looking for dismantling and assembly instructions & video´s, service parts lists, assembly drawings with links to parts, etc.
Sizing:
If you enter the system requirements in this module you will get help to select the right pump for your application. Sizing will even calculate the right pump size and the life cycle costs. Sizing also has links to all relevant information on the selected pump.
NEW ! Sizing for Heating and Air-conditioning available in WebCAPS
Grundfos has now added a user-friendly sizing tool for heating and air-conditioning applications in WebCAPS. Replacement:
If you want to replace your existing heating pump with a new Grundfos pump, the Replacement Part of WebCAPS is the place to go.
- Fill in as many fields as possible in the Search Criteria with data you know from your existing pump.
- Click on the submit button and a list of pumps known to Grundfos appears.
- Click on the one that most closely resembles your existing pump, and a list of suitable replacement pumps appears.
- Click on the product number to open the Product Detail Window (see description under Catalogue).
CAD Drawings:
CAD drawings in DXF and DWG format are available in an Explorer-like interface. You can view and select the drawings, and then generate a ZIP file for downloading.
